A show sponsorship can be used to promote your business, honor a loved one, recognize an achievement, or celebrate a reunion of family or friends. Sponsorships help offset the artist fees and performance costs and give unique marketing opportunities to business’. Your support is important to Big Top Chautauqua’s ability to bring diverse performers to the tent stage.
Sponsorship benefits include VIP tickets, recognition in print pieces and online, and special perks like autographed concert posters and entertaining opportunities.
Headlining Sponsorship $2500* | House Show Sponsorship $1250
Complimentary seats - 10 front row seats or 10 ‘VIP’ box seats with beverage service. Sponsors also have first right to purchase surrounding seats
Custom Tickets – Business or Sponsor name printed on all tickets purchased for show
Print Recognition – Sponsors are recognized in the season magazine. Magazine is distributed through regional newspapers, direct mail, and available at the Tent (April deadline).
Tent Recognition – Sponsors are recognized live from the stage.
Web Presence - Highlighted on bigtop.org and in over 17,000 E-blasts as show sponsor with a click through logo or link. Use the opportunity to drive customers to your website or specific event!
Autographed Poster– Recognized as show sponsor on show posters and receive an autographed poster of your sponsored performance.
Entertaining Opportunities- Complimentary use of our VIP tent the night of your sponsored performance, catering available. Sponsoring a show is a great recognition opportunity for your employees.
